STRESSITRAL

STRESSITRAL is the nutritional solution to help manage nutritional deficiencies during feed transitions and the various immune stresses of poultry throughout the flock life. It is particularly advised in order to support the vaccine uptake and help poultry pass through a difficult viral challenge particularly in cases of high sanitary pressure.
STRESSITRAL includes a large panel of vitamins in order to compensate for potential deficiencies resulting from stress, a supplement with lysine and methionine, the two first essential amino acids in poultry and well known plant extracts that have been specially selected to support immunity (menyanthes, calendula, cinnamon, oats straw).
When associated with magnesium, all these elements will contribute to help animals to keep a good sanitary status in cases of various immune-depressing challenges and come back to a normal production and/or growth performance after a stressful episode.
Vaccine reaction under STRESSITRAL was tested in an experimental poultry house in order to observe immune responses in broiler blood. Inflammatory reactions and the immunogen power of broiler blood under IMUNEO were measured in laboratory. The results showed that this solution is interesting when complementing vaccinations or in cases of severe viral inflammation or bacterial reactions.
1st results:
* Significant difference at the 5% level compared with the non-vaccinated flock
° Significant difference at the 5% level compared with the vaccinated flock.

Interpretation: This experiment shows that poultry have a more intense immune response when IMUNEO is used in a stressful context.

Interpretation: Lymphocyte populations which are the most stimulated by IMUNEO use are T4 lymphocytes. These lymphocytes have an important role in the mediation of immune response and in the activation of organism defence process. In addition, B lymphocytes are another white cell population which are stimulated. This lymphocyte population is in charge of the production of antibodies, one of the most important agents of immunity.
3rd results :

Interpretation: This experiment shows that the production of specific antibodies increases when applying three vaccine viruses.These three vaccine viruses provide a better vaccine protection throughout the rearing phase.
Under liquid form, IMUNEO must be diluted in drinking water. It must be taken during stressful episodes, vaccination periods and in support of severe viral challenges.
